Serenitea Yoga
A welcoming yoga and tea workshop that focuses on breath, movement, community, and presence. These classes and workshops invite you to move, sip, share, and foster genuine connection. Held in different studios at multiple locations. These are beginner friendly yoga classes and everyone is welcome to join.

Mindful Strength
A dynamic, full-body workout incorporating bodyweight exercises, functional movement, and calisthenics to build strength and endurance. Each class intentionally transitions into a calming vinyasa flow and guided savasana, leaving you feeling strong, balanced, and fully restored. Held in a studio or outdoors in nature.
